What you're agreeing to
By ticking the text message box on our check-in form, you agree to receive text messages from Yacht Sales International at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and it is not required to speak with a broker, tour a boat, or do business with us.
What we'll send
- Confirmation that a broker is on the way to meet you
- Information and specifications about the boats you asked about
- Follow-up about your visit and your interest
Our brokers and staff also receive operational alerts about visitor arrivals. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts under this program.
Message frequency
Frequency varies. Messages are tied to your visit and any follow-up you've asked for — typically a small number around a boat show, not an ongoing series.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Yacht Sales International does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and we won't text you again. You can opt back in at any time by asking your broker or checking in again.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below.
Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email, and does not affect your relationship with your broker.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we can't guarantee it — so please don't rely on a text as the only way you'll hear from us. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your information
How we handle what you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we don't sell it, and no mobile information or SMS consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
